Let's Talk About the $$$$....

• At this time, we are only able to accept cash or checks as payment. Sorry, no credit or debit cards. Any returned checks will be assessed a $30 fee.

• Our sale is a 70/30 split, meaning that you make 70% of the items you sale and we take 30%.

• All consignors will be charged a $7 fee. This fee will be waived if you volunteer to work at least a 3 hour shift at the sale. Please call Mae Anne @ 931.242.1220 to set up your work hours.

• Vendors are welcome! We would love to share our space with those of you who have small businesses and want to show case your talents! Vendor fees are $10 per day. Our sale days are Wed - Sat, Nov. 4 - 7 from 10:00 - 6:00 (Sat 9:00-1:00). Vendors will be allowed one 8' long or two 4' square tables in their booth area. We will not be overlapping vendors. Our goal is for you to be able to spread the word about your business, not for you to have to be in competition with another vendor.

Items We Will Accept

We want to offer our shoppers high quality, clean, barely used condition items. Therefore, we are asking that you, our consignors, bring high quality, clean, barely used condition items! Please refrain from bringing outdated, stained, torn or very harshly used clothing, toys and other peices to place in the sale.

What we would love to see:

• baby and children's gently worn clothing (fall / winter only)
• juniors and women's gently worn clothing (fall / winter only)
• accessories (purses, bags, jewelry, baby slings, diaper bags)
• baby toys (pack n' plays, exersaucers, play mats, jumparoos, etc)
• high chairs
• cribs
• strollers
• maternitiy clothing (fall / winter only)
• tasteful holiday decor
• baby / toddler bedding sets
• ballet / gymnastics / karate / attire
• formal wear
• new condition shoes
• like new children's books & toys
• DVDs, VHS, cds (in original package, limit of 5 per consignor)

What we prefer not to see:

• worn, torn or stained items
• spring / summer clothing (save that for the next sale!)
• outdated items (the 80's are part of the past for a reason!) :)
• kids meal toys
• stuffed animals

Consignor Numbers and Tagging Info

Consignor Numbers:

Your consignor number will be the first initial of your first name, first initial of your last name, last 4 digits of your phone number. For example: Mary Jones, phone number 123-4567: MJ4567.

Tags:

Please use 4x5 index cards.
Place them on the upper right hand corner of your laundered, ironed, item.
Hang so that the hook part of the hanger looks like a question mark.
On your card:

• please place your consignor number in the upper left hand corner.
• size in upper right hand corner
• description of item centered in the middle of the card
• price of item in the lower right hand corner
• for items you DO NOT want discounted at the half price sale, place an X or ND in bottom left hand corner.
